Chief of Staff (GTM)
Full-time
New York City
Salary range: $100K -170K
About Us
Flint is reimagining how students learn with AI. We’re building the core teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools, one that delivers personalized learning at scale while making teachers’ lives easier, not harder.
We’ve partnered with 200+ schools across the U.S. and internationally, and doubled our revenue in the last 5 months. Backed by Y Combinator and top VCs, we’re at an inflection point and looking for a Chief of Staff who can help us scale to $10M+ ARR and beyond.
The Role: Chief of Staff (GTM)
As Flint’s Chief of Staff (GTM), you’ll work directly with the co-founder and CEO and partner with our GTM leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Your mandate is to keep our revenue engine running smoothly while building the systems that support hypergrowth.
This is a broad, high-leverage role. Some days you’ll be deep in HubSpot fixing pipeline hygiene, other days you’ll be drafting contracts, researching school funding sources, or building no-code automations to remove friction for the team. You’ll identify and solve problems before they become fires, and you’ll make sure our GTM machine can keep pace with our product momentum.
This is a founding role where you’ll define the function and set the standard for how Flint scales.
What You’ll Do
Act as a force multiplier for the CEO and GTM leadership team
Manage deal desk, pipeline hygiene, and revenue reporting
Oversee contracts, invoicing, and payment collection
Build and automate GTM workflows that remove bottlenecks
What We’re Looking For
Experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup (ideally in a GTM, RevOps, or BizOps role)
A track record of solving ambiguous problems without a playbook
Strong operational skills with comfort in HubSpot, contracts, invoices, and automation tools
NYC-based and ready to work in person with our team

If you haven’t solved a challenging GTM roadblock, provide evidence of exceptional ability and explain why we should take a bet on you at Flint.
