Graphing support, richer analytics, and tutor helpfulness selector!

The AI on Flint can now create graphs to help students visualize math problems. Improved analytics for teachers is also available.

1. Graphing Support

All AI tutors on Flint can now create graphs! The AI can graph equations on 2D or 3D planes to visualize math problems, or help in visualizing simple datasets.

Examples of graphs that Flint can generate including line graphs, heat maps, bar graphs, scatter plots, and 3D visualizations.

2. Evidence-based tutor analytics

Within the tutor analytics, Flint now will show aggregate strengths as well as areas of improvement for your students. Click on these to dive deep and see specific instances where students struggled or excelled.

To get a better sense of how Flint is being used at your school, admins can now view "Group analytics" to see examples of how students and faculty have been using Flint.

Struggling to prevent the AI from helping students too much? There's now a helpfulness level selector available in the settings for every tutor. Adjust the slider to easily change the level of assistance provided by the AI. No prompt engineering required!

Helpfulness level slider that ranges from no help to medium help to full help that instructs the AI on how much guidance to give students.
